If you’ve ever purchased anything (specifically shoes!) from Zappos, you’re probably familiar with how awesome their customer service is. They have great prices and ship very quickly. After my first purchase this last winter… I paired my Portland street address with my Chicago city, state and zip… I had to call them to fix it. They were super nice and even upgraded me to VIP status for free and shipped my item that day! A couple of weeks later I even received a handwritten note welcoming me to VIP and their CEO writes back on Twitter.
On to another really cool feature:
Zappos has just launched this really cool application on their website that shows what shoes are being bought where off their site in realtime. It’s VERY cool. Click on the link below to be amazed!
